Prior to his starting Vaughn Interior Concepts, Inc., he worked as the National Project Manager for the Midmark Corporation in their Casework Division. He studied at Bowling Green State University where he earned a BS in Construction Management / Civil Engineering. He served in the US Air Force and Reserves from 1986-1998. He has been in the construction industry for over 25 years.
Josh attended Chaminade-Julienne HS and then attended BGSU where he studied International Business, while working for Clipper Courier Delivery during the summers and holiday breaks before starting his employment with Vaughn Interior Concepts, in 1995. Josh started as an installer, and then worked up to sales/estimating. He is now the lead estimator/project manager.
General Manager of American Casework Co., our in-house manufacturing group since 2011. Prior to that Greg was the Production Manager from 1998 – 2011. He was employed in 1996 with us as a Custom Fabricator. Greg has a total of 30 years in Architectural Millwork. He served in the US Army.
Mike served as an electrician in the US Navy from Feb 89 to Dec 93, where he received extensive training in electrical theory at Naval Nuclear Power School. He applied this knowledge as a civilian as an industrial electrical contractor, installing and repairing automated equipment for many different types of manufacturing environments. He spent several years as a civilian contractor upgrading outdated systems on air craft carriers to modern, safer PLC controlled operations.
Mike oversaw the installation and testing of the automated wall panel plant, helping it’s designers to fine tune and dial in its operations. He is extensively knowledgeable in the entire process of wall panel production; from design stage to on time delivery.
Terry has a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Counseling from Wright State University. With more than 30 years experience in Human Resource Management and Training and Development Terry handles Human Resources for Vaughn Interior Concepts. She also assists in coordinating bids, purchasing, and accounts payable.
Gavid has been the Production Manager since 2011. He had previously been an installer for 5 years and has more than 8 years experience in commercial construction and custom building while operating his own company.
